U10 Boys Head Coach
I first began playing Soccer with I am 3rd as a 4-year-old. At the age of 9, I joined Lexington Football Club (Now Lexington Sporting Club), which began my journey into competitive soccer. In middle school, I played for Trinity Christian Academy before transitioning to Henry Clay High School as freshman. Through the soccer program at Henry Clay, I was able to meet new friends that helped my transition to a new school. I currently play competitively year-round for both Henry Clay High School and Lexington Sporting Club. In the Spring, my LSC club team was runner-up in the state tournament. The highlight of my soccer journey thus far is winning the State Championship with Henry Clay Varsity Boy's Soccer earlier this year.
Throughout my years of soccer, I have been led by many coaches with different styles: overly strict, overly lax, and everything in between. It is my hope that using my experience as a player, I can synthesize these coaching styles to create the optimal environment for my players to grow in character and soccer ability. Soccer has resulted in some of my happiest memories. I have met many of my closest friends through soccer, and it is my goal to bring my players together as both teammates and friends. If we are successful in this, they will work for each other and push each other to become better players. This is such a crucial age in the development of a soccer player, and I am grateful for the opportunity to share my love of the game with them.
