Who we Are
Trident F.C. is a Lexington, KY based non-profit 501(c)(3) developmental soccer club dedicated to positively impacting our players through the sport of soccer. Led by experienced coaches, our mission is to foster a passion for the game while promoting character growth through lessons on and off the field.
We deliver efficient and effective weekly training sessions, enabling players to achieve competitive soccer development while maintaining a balanced life and pursuing other interests.
Our Club Philosophy
Trident FC is a competitive developmental club. As part of that we desire to encourage your child to push beyond their comfort zone to help them achieve their maximum potential. When it comes to playing time for matches we do not adopt a “win at all costs” mentality. All kids will play every game, however that won’t translate to equal playing time. We will strive to balance playing time with our overall vision to develop the players and also field a competitive team. Playing times will vary game to game based on the opponent and our tactical needs. Given the club's desire to allow for players to pursue other interests, and therefore limit practice to once per week, the expectation is that all players will prioritize participating in their respective weekly Trident practice.
