Kelsey Leslie believes the best outcome for a soccer season is a balance of skill development and having fun.  She aims to build fundamental skills while encouraging an understanding of the game and respect for teammates.  After seeing two of her kids (Cal and Morgan Leslie) quickly engage and grow in the sport, she has been inspired by the opportunity to introduce more young athletes to the sport. 

Kelsey seeks to promote Trident's values-based instruction of soccer skills. She has enjoyed seeing the development of physical ability and character through the club's mission.  The friendships, fun, hard work, wins, and losses all help equip the girls for the adult world that awaits them.

Outside of coaching, Kelsey is an engineer and mom of three. Her family participates in several sports and loves spending time outdoors.
